ECI HR Solutions Ltd has partnered with the hospital association in Japan for the job placement of nursing caregivers and connected with the 2nd largest executive search Company on the projects of Technical Intern Training Program (TITP) & Specified Skilled Worker (SSW) for the industries including Agriculture, Automotive, Construction, Electronics, Manufacturing and Plantations.

Heng Poh Suan served the Ministry of Human Resource for more than 26 years. He was a Labour Officer with the Labour Department for 8 years and an Assistant Director of Industrial Relations with the Industrial Relations Department for more than 18 years. He joined Malaysian Employers Federation as their Industrial Relations Consultant for 3 years and was with the Federation of Malaysian Manufacturers for more than 16 years as their Human Resource/Industrial Relations Advisor. As a veteran in Employment Laws, he has gained years of experience in Consultancy and Advisory work and conducted numerous public as well as in-house training programs related to Employment Laws.
